FED:Proposed changes to the Labor Party

Main recommendations of the ALP review:



- Former party members welcome back for free, with full voting rights.

- Direct election of national executive members.

- Less stage-managed national conference.

- Non-member involvement in selecting candidates.

- National `outreach organisation' for non-members.

- Changes to be put to national conference in December.
